Dr. Joanna Turteltaub has over 12 years of experience developing and integrating leading edge materials into high performance, lithium-ion battery cells for use in the Electric Vehicle and Stationary Markets, with a primary focus on long cycle life, wide operating temperature range, environmental sustainability and safety. She holds a BA in French from Grinnell College, a BS in Chemistry & Physics from Framingham State College and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Brown University.

Phil Partin has over 14 years’ experience in lithium-ion cells, modules, and packs. His innovative ideas have resulted in eight issued and 13 published patents. He is one of the lead customer interfaces including the advanced research project with NASA and NREL. His responsibilities also include manufacturing line audits and failure analysis which will contribute to future development of new cell, module, and pack safety systems. Mr. Partin earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.

Connor brings test engineering experience from both Magna Powertrain in Troy, MI and Welch Allyn in Skaneateles, NY. He is Green Belt certified in the DMAIC six sigma process, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York.
